At the beginning of the spring of 2022, the first training session of DIYAS Group was successfully held in Nantong, Jiangsu. The content of this training is highly professional and covers a wide range, which helps sales personnel to improve their work ability, grasp professional product knowledge, and broaden service ideas.

At the beginning of the meeting, the administrative and personnel department of the group company mobilized the training and clarified the purpose of the training, understood the company's business composition, and hoped that everyone would fully understand the importance of improving their professional level, so as to improve the overall quality and sales performance.

Visit the DIA industry-university-research base

Wang Huwei, manager of the quality control department, led the trainees to visit the company's industry-university-research base, and everyone actively asked questions about the characteristics of the products, how to test and other details. The company attaches great importance to the research and development and innovation of new products. Relying on platforms such as enterprise technology centers and international advanced R&D laboratories, we have established industry-university-research cooperation with major well-known universities and research institutes.

Visit the DIA production workshop

DIYARECO's production sites follow the Group's "Standard Manufacturing (SCM)" philosophy. The company has introduced the most advanced ERP (enterprise resource planning system) management platform - German SAP technology, so as to optimize the process of various departments to the greatest extent and improve the management mechanism. Implement the 5S management activities of the factory and adopt the advanced production management system to ensure the production of high-quality products, so as to enhance the image of the entire company.

Company culture and product introduction

Yue Xiru, deputy general manager, gave the trainees a rich and vivid introduction to the company's development history, corporate values, etc., to help everyone get familiar with the company's culture as soon as possible.

Product knowledge training

Chief Engineer Zhang Ning explained in an easy-to-understand manner the exterior wall insulation, coatings, UHPC (ultra-high performance concrete), lightweight soft stone, EPS finished decorative lines and other products.

Sales knowledge training

According to the company's overall strategic planning and market layout in 2022, Chen Jian, chairman of the group, put forward the marketing concept of "technical marketing and program marketing", and interpreted it at a deep level. The participants said that after this training, they have a new understanding of marketing, and they will put this marketing concept and the marketing experience shared by Mr. Chen into practice in the later stage. Finally, Mr. Chen put forward a little expectation for everyone, hoping that everyone will become a qualified "expert" and "consultant" sales, and realize the company's corporate philosophy of "creating value for customers and win-win with partners".
